
Yangsze Choo
Yangsze Choo is a fourth generation Malaysian of Chinese descent.

teaches at Chicago's DePaul University, in the MA in Writing and Publishing Program.
She is the author of My Lesbian Husband (Graywolf, 2000), winner of an American Library Association Stonewall Book Award, and Restoring the Color of Roses (Firebrand, 1993). She received the 2010 Crab Orchard Review John Guyon Literary Nonfiction Prize, and her essays have appeared in Ecotone, Seneca Review, Indiana Review, Hotel Amerika, New Ohio Review, and Seattle Review.
